Shower facilities extremely slippery!!! Shuttle frequency limited, not convenient for spontaneous travel plans!!! Massage experience felt unprofessional and a waste of time, definitely needs improvement!!!

Great stay for families with children

The staff went above and beyond! Michale, the security guy, gave my kids coloring stuff as a welcome gift. That kinda attention goes a long way! And the food? I ordered some chicken tenders that looked like gourmet, all fancy and colored sauces for just 5 bucks.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience it offered, pretty acceptable.

Our group enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay. The staff's warmth, especially from Augosto, made us feel at home. The convenient location, just steps from malls and restaurants, adds extra value. Don't miss breakfast prepared with care by chefs Juan, Fernando, and Victor. their dedication is inspiring!

We were truly impressed by the warm hospitality of Luisa at check-in. She made us feel like we were part of the Marriott family, and even arranged for our bags to be taken to our room without any fuss. The meals at Vitro 236 truly stood out, being some of the best we've had during our trip. The cozy, cloudlike beds provided a perfect sanctuary for our family after a long day of exploring.

My children wanted a pool area with more activities for families.

The room was clean, but the showers are extremely slippery and dangerous.

I had a productive stay at Courtyard during my recent business trip to Guayaquil. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, allowing me to work efficiently. The location is ideal, being right next to an upscale shopping center, which was convenient for meals and relaxation after work. The staff was remarkably attentive and helpful with any of my inquiries.

The prices at the bar and restaurant were quite steep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife. The staff, especially at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the clean, secure environment. The location is perfect, being close to restaurants and shopping.

It was just a commendable fit for a brief stopover in Guayaquil with value for price. The AC was awesome, sometimes too cold. I suggest eating out instead of dining at the hotel to save money.
